Work LEC details. Bring the résumé to match.

LE Concepts staffs executive protection and security assignments in Chicago and nationwide. We hire people who have carried real responsibility for someone else's safety — who have stood post, handled a crowd, and can carry themselves in a room. Where you learned it matters less than whether you can do it.

Where you'd work

Assignments run from single-day executive protection to multi-day event coverage. Availability is flexible — we schedule around your primary job.

Executive Protection Specialist

Armed or unarmed close protection for corporate and private clients. Advance work, motorcade support, and secure movement through venues and public spaces. EP training or protective-detail experience expected.

Security Specialist

Event and venue posts — gate and bag check, credentialed and VIP areas, overnight site security. Multi-day festival and fairground coverage with a supervisor on shift.

Preferred background

Where our people come from

None of this is a checklist you have to clear completely. If you've carried real responsibility for someone else's safety, we want to talk.

Law Enforcement

Active or retired — municipal, county, state, or federal.

Military

Veterans and current service members. Combat arms, military police, special operations.

Executive Protection

Prior EP or close protection work, whether corporate, private, or agency.

Armed Security

Licensed armed professionals with real post experience.

Protective Drivers

Secure transportation and motorcade experience. EVOC or equivalent training.

Investigators

Licensed investigators and anyone with advance or counter-surveillance work behind them.

Civilian

No badge, no service record — but licensed, steady, and serious about the work. Same look as everyone else.

Requirements

What's actually required

Short list, and it doesn't move.

Clean Record

A record that meets Illinois standards for licensed security work. Every candidate is reviewed individually.

Confidentiality Agreement

A signed confidentiality agreement is part of onboarding before you're assigned.

Training & growth

Where it goes from here

We'd rather develop someone who shows up right than keep rotating through people who don't.

EP Training

Executive protection and close protection training for candidates who earn it. Coming from patrol or a gate post is not a ceiling.

A Path Up

Event and venue posts are where most people start. Consistent performers move into protective details.

Mentorship

You work alongside people who have run details for years, not a supervisor you never see.

Standards

Written post orders and a clear standard on every assignment. You always know what the job is.

Conduct

Conditions of every assignment

These are the standards we work to. If that's not how you operate, this isn't the right fit.

Confidentiality

A signed confidentiality agreement covering client identity, locations, movements, and what you see or hear on post.

Nothing on Social

No photos, posts, tags, or check-ins from a detail. Personal phones stay away on post.

No Outside Discussion

Assignments are not discussed with family, press, other clients, or officers not on the detail.

Appearance & Conduct

Attire per post orders. No impairment on or before shift. Posture stays within what the assignment authorizes.

Obligations Survive

Confidentiality obligations continue after an assignment ends, per the terms of the agreement.
